主讲人简介:
岳清瑞教授,中国工程院院士,工程结构专家,北京科技大学城镇化与城市安全研究院院长,国家城市安全发展科技研究院院长,深圳市城市公共安全技术研究院首席科学家等,兼任中国钢结构协会会长、住建部建筑工程抗震设防专家委员会主任、应急管理部专家委员会委员等,长期担任科技部社会发展、新材料、科技平台等领域专家。
岳清瑞教授长期从事工程结构诊治、高性能结构材料和城市安全的理论研究、技术开发、标准编制、工程应用和产业化工作,在工业建构筑物结构可靠性检测评价、结构加固改造修复、纤维复材等高性能结构材料土木工程应用、城镇化与城市安全保障等方面取得了一系列创新成果。主持完成国家级各类研发项目20余项,发表论文200余篇,主持编制30余部国家及行业标准,获国家科学技术进步二等奖3项。
Brief Introduction of Professor Qingrui Yue
Qingrui Yue, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, an expert of structural engineering, the president of Research Institute of Urbanization and Urban Safety of University of Science and Technology Beijing, the president of the National Institute of Science and Technology for Urban Security Development, the chief scientist of the Shenzhen Technology Institute of Urban Public Safety, the president of the China Steel Construction Society, the director of the committee on seismic fortification of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, and the member of the Committee of Experts of the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People's Republic of China. During an extensive tenure with the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, Professor Yue has served as an expert in diverse fields, including social development, new materials, and technology platforms.
Professor Yue is primarily engaged in theoretical research, technological development, standard formulation, engineering applications, and industrialization in the fields of engineering structural diagnosis and treatment, high-performance structural materials, and urban safety. He has achieved a series of innovative results in industrial construction structure reliability testing and evaluation, structural reinforcement, repair and renovation, civil engineering applications of high-performance structural materials like fiber composites, and urbanization and urban safety assurance. Professor Yue has led over 20 national-level research and development projects, published more than 200 papers, chaired the formulation of over 30 national and industry standards, and received three second-class National Science and Technology Progress Awards.
